4 bacon strips
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 Purely Organic eggs
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 brioche bun
4 iceberg lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices
4 tbsp mayo
Salt, pepper
1. Heat up the grill or a small frying pan on a high heat. Brush both sides of the bacon with the maple syrup. Fry or grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until the bacon golden brown and crispy on edges.
2. Use another pan to fry the eggs. Warm up the oil and crack the eggs straight to the pan. Season with salt and chilli flakes. When the egg white is set, gently remove the eggs from the pan.
3. Cut the brioche buns in half and toast them. Spread the mayo on each of the top and bottom halves. Put the lettuce on each bottom, then top with the tomato, bacon and finally the fried egg. Serve the buns with some napkins on hand, it may get messy!
