4 Purely Organic eggs
4 Sourdough slices, toasted
Bring a deep saucepan of water to a boil over a high heat. Add the eggs carefully, using a big spoon to protect the shells from cracking. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes. Fish them out of the water with a slotted spoon and put in your egg cups.
Butter the sourdough toasts and cut into soldiers and serve aside the eggs with salt and pepper.
